RESOLUTION NO. 79-25
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT OF A CERTAIN
ACTION FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney and Acting City Manager
is hereby authorized to settle that certain action filed
in the Superior Court by Luis Espinoza Martinez, Plaintiff,
v. the City of Santa Ana, et al., Case No. 28-50-06 for
the total sum of Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000.00), and
to execute on behalf of the City of Santa Ana all papers
necessary therefor4
ADOPTED this 5th day of February , 1979,
