RESOLUTION NO. 79-54
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA SETTING THE
PERMIT FEE, CLEANING DEPOSIT, AND
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR SALE OF
FIREWORKS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. The fee for a permit for the sale of safe and
sane fireworks shall be Forty Dollars ($40.00) per year.
2. The amount to be deposited with the City to
assure removal of a safe and sane fireworks sale stand and
all equipment, material, and rubbish attendant thereto, or
the amount of any bond posted in lieu of such deposit, shall
be One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
3. The minimum amounts of public liability and
property damage insurance covering the operation of a stand
for the sale of safe and sane fireworks shall be Three
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00), combined single
limit.
