RESOLUTION NO. 79-56
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT
OF A CERTAIN ACTION FOR DAMAGES AGAINST
THE CITY
BE IT RESOLVED by City Council of the City of Santa
Ana, as follows:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to
settle that certain action filed in the Superior Court by
Michael B. Ward, Plaintiff, v. Dennis K. Franklin; The City
of Santa Ana, et al, Case No. 27-82-03 for the total sum of
Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00), and to execute on
behalf of the City of Santa Ana all papers necessary therefor.
