A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
AMENDING SALARY RESOLUTION NO. 58-281 BY REINSTATING THE
CLASS TITLE OF CLERK OF THE COUNCIL TO THE CITY'S BASIC
COMPENSATION PLAN AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 78-144
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana:
1. That Section 3 of Resolution No. 58-281, as amended, is hereby further
amended by:
a. Adding, in proper alphabetical sequence, the class title of Clerk
of the Council at Salary Range No. 464, $2007 to $2439.
b. Designating said class as Unrepresented Executive Fmnagement by
adding next to the class title the parenthetical identified (EM).
2. That Resolution No 78-144, which previously fixed and established the compen-
sation for the office of the Clerk of the Council, is hereby repealed.
3. That this Resolution shall be operative from and after May 16, 1979.
