RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ORDERING
CERTAIN CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS IN THE
ASSESS~-~NT AS FILED PURSUANT TO THE TE~4S
AND PROVISIONS OF THE "IMPROVEmeNT ACT
OF 1911". ~.D. 241 - SANTA ANITA NOR~HEAST)
CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk, an assessment
to represent the costs and expenses of the works and improvements
done pursuant to the proceedings under the "Improvement Act of
1911", being Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the
State of California, in a special assessment district known and
designated as
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 241
(hereinafter referred to as the "Assessment District"); and,
WHEREAS, at the time for hearing protests and objections, this
City Council did proceed to hear all persons interested who desired
to present testimony at said public hearing, and at this time it is
deemed desirable and to be in the best public interest and convenience
to order certain changes and modifications in the assessment for said
proceedings in said Assessment District.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA
CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the above recitals are all true and correct.
SECTION 2.
That the public interest and convenience requires,
and pursuant to the provisions of Section 5367 of
the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Cali-
fornia, the.changes and modifications as listed and
set forth on the attached Exhibit "A" are hereby
ordered.
SECTION 3.
That the Superintendent of Streets is hereby ordered
to make the above referenced changes and modifica-
tions and the assessment as so changed and amended
shall now stand as the assessment for all subsequent
actions and steps to be taken under these proceedings.

I. That certain individual assessments are hereby ordered
to be reduced to reflect the City contribution and payment for a
portion of the works of improvements, where said work and con-
struction was for the replacement of existing improvements which
had previously been constructed to City standards. The following
individual assessments shall be reduced to reflect the City con-
tribution for said work:
