RESOLUTION NO. 79- 116
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT
OF A CERTAIN CLAIM FOR DAMAGES AGAINST
THE CITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to
settle that certain claim filed against the City of Santa
Ana by Jean Allard, sole heir at law of Lynda Grace Tolpa,
deceased, for the total sum of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars
($25,000.00), and to execute on behalf of the City of Santa
Ana all papers necessary therefor.
