RESOLUTION NO. 79-136
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA OVERRULING THE
DECISION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
DENYING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
79-9, GRANTING APPEAL NO. 407, AND
GRANTING SAID CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held before the
City Council of the City of Santa Ana on August 6, 1979, on
the action taken by the Planning Commission in denying
Conditional Use Permit No. 79-9, which application seeks to
allow conversion of ninety apartment units to condominiums
at 618, 630 North Baker Street in the R1, R2, C4, and C5
Districts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That based on such public hearing and the
oral and documentary evidence submitted therein, the City
Council does hereby overrule the action of the Planning
Commission in denying Conditional Use Permit No. 79-9, and
does hereby grant Appeal No. 401 and Conditional Use Permit
No. 79-9, subject to all requirements and conditions as
recommended by the Planning Director.
2. That the City Council hereby adopts as its
findings of fact for Conditional Use Permit No. 79-9, that
certain "Finding of Fact, Conditional Use Permit No. 79-9,"
prepared and submitted by the Planning Commission, on file
in the Office of the Clerk of the Council, and incorporated
by reference herein as though fully set forth.
