RESOLUTION NO. 79- 160
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CERTAIN
UTILITIES AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA:
That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
execute, on behalf of the City of Santa Ana that certain
"Utilities Agreement No. 7Ut-5215," a copy of which is on
file in the Office of the Clerk of the Council, to which
copy reference is hereby made for full particulars. Said
agreement provides generally for the relocation of a twelve
inch (12") water main and appurtenances in Bush Street at
and in the vicinity of the Main Street On-ramp to the Santa
Ana Freeway.
