RESOLUTION NO. 79- 170
A RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 79-134 TO
CORRECT AN ERROR IN THE STATEMENT
OF CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 79-15.
WHEREAS, on August 6, 1979 the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana instructed the City Attorney to prepare a
resolution granting Conditional Use Permit No. 79-15, to
allow retail sales of cameras and equipment in the M1 District,
generally located on the southwest corner of Harbor Boulevard
and Warner Avenue, subject to the requirements contained in
the Planning Commission Finding of Fact, and subject to the
additional requirements that retail use be limited to 1000
square feet of the total area, that signing be limited to
identification only, and that retail sales hours be limited
to Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; all
of which is established by the approved minutes of the
regular meeting of the City Council of the same date; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 79-134 was prepared in
response to the said instruction and was adopted by the City
Council on August 20, 1979, but inadvertantly omitted to
include the abovesaid additional requirements directed by
the Council;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, that Resolution No. 79-134, entitled
"A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
Affirming the Decision of the Planning Commission Granting
Conditional Use Permit No. 79-15," is hereby amended by
adding a third paragraph, to read as follows:
3. In addition to all requirements and conditions
imposed by the Planning Commission, Conditional Use Permit
No. 79-15 is granted subject to the following requirements
and conditions:
a. Retail use shall be limited to 1000 square
feet of the total area.
b. Signing shall be limited to identification
only.
c. Retail sales hours shall be limited to Monday
through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
