RESOLUTION NO. 79-180
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT
OF A CERTAIN ACTION FOR DAMAGES AGAINST
THE CITY
BE IT RESOLVED by City Council of the City of
Santa Aha, as follows:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to
settle that certain action filed in the Superior Court by
Thomas J. Browne vs. The City of Santa Ana, et al., case
nuEuber 29-62-01 for the total sum of Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) and to execute on behalf of the City of Santa
Aha all papers necessary therefor.
