RESOLUTION 79- 181
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING A COMPROMISE AND RELEASE OF
A CERTAIN WORKERS COMPENSATION CLAIM AGAINST THE
CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to pay
the sum of $12,000.00, in return for execution and delivery
to the City of a Compromise and Release of that certain
Workers Compensation claim heretofore filed by Carlos Elizalde
an injury incurred by said employee on or about September
27, 1979.
