.RESOLUTION NO. 79- 186
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ESTABLISHING
THE ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR THE RE-
d,OVAL OF ABATED VEHICLES.
WHEREAS, Section 16-115 of the Santa Ana Muni-
cipal Code provides that the City Council shall, by reso-
lution, establish the administrative fee for the removal
of abated vehicles from private property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the fee for the administrative cost
in connection with the removal of abated vehicle from
private property (excluding the actual cost of removal
of the vehicle itself or any part thereof) shall be
fixed at $50.00.
