RESOLUTION NO. 79-187
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DELEGATING
ITS FUNCTIONS UNDER THE DEFERRED PAYMENT
REHABILITATION LOAN PROGRAM TO THE HOUSING
AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, pursuant to California Health and Safety
Code Sections 50660 et seg. and Title 25, California
Administrative Code, Sections 7400 et seq., the City of
Santa Ana submitted Deferred Payment Rehabilitation Loan
Application No. 79-015 to the State of California,
Department of Housing and Community Development; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Title 25, California
Administrative Code, Subchapter 5, "Deferred Payment
Rehabilitation Loans," the City of Santa Ana desires to
delegate its functions under the Deferred Payment
Rehabilitation Loan Program to the Housing Authority of the
City of Santa Ana; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held as
required by Title 25, California Administrative Code
7402 (q) on the issue of delegating such functions.
Section
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby
delegates to the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana
any and all of its functions under Title 25, California
Administrative Code, Subchapter 5, "Deferred Payment
Rehabilitation Loans," and Rehabilitation Loan Application
No. 79-015 previously submitted to and accepted by the State
of California, Department of Housing and Community
Development, a copy of which is on file in the office of
said Housing Authority and to which reference is made for
full particulars.
ADOPTED this 3rd day of December , 1979,
