RESOLUTION NO. 79- 195
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING SETTLEbiENT
OF A CERTAIN ACTION FOR DAMAGES AGAINST
THE CITY
BE IT RESOLVED by City Council of the City of
Santa Ana, as follows:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to
settle that certain action filed in the Superior Court by
Adron Louis Brown vs. Guy Peterson, City of Santa Ana, and
Does 1 through 20, case number: 28-93-76 in consideration
for payment by the City of the total sum of One-Hundred and
Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00), and to execute on
behalf of the City of Santa Ana all papers necessary therefor.
