RESOLUTION NO. 79-2]0
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT
OF A CERTAIN ACTION FOR DAMAGES AGAINST
THE CITY
BE IT RESOLVED by City Council of the City of
Santa Ana, as follows:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to
settle that certain action filed in the Superior Court by
Sheila McMahan vs. The City of Santa Ana, et al., case
number 30-06-92 for the total sum of Twelve Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($12,500.00), of which Two Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) has been paid to plaintiff, and
to execute on behalf of the City of Santa Ana all papers
necessary therefor.
