RESOLUTION 79-212
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING A
STIPULATED SETTLEMENT OF A CERTAIN
WORKERS COMPENSATION CLAIM AGAINST
THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to pay
the sum of Six ThOusand Three Hundred Twenty-Six Dollars
Twenty-Five Cents ($6,326.25), in return for execution and
delivery to the City of a Stipulations with Request For
Award of that certain Workers Compensation claim heretofore
filed by RALPH CURIALE against the City regarding an injury
incurred by said employee on or about June 30, 1975.
ADOPTED this ]9th day of Novembmr , 1979, by
the following vote:
