RESOLUTION NO. 80-22
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
SETTLEMENT OF A CERTAIN ACTION
FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CITY
BE IT RESOLVED by City Council of the City of
Santa Ana, as follows:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to
settle that certain action filed in the Superior Court by
Thomas Romero (Guardianship Ad Litem of Joseph Ruteino
Romero, an incompetent adult) vs. The City of Santa Ana, et
al., case number 31-60-51 for the total sum of One Hundred
and Eighty Thousand Dollars ($180,000.00) and to execute on
behalf of the City of Santa Ana all papers necessary therefor.
