RESOLUTION NO. 80-39
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING APPLICATION TO BE MADE FOR
DESIGNATION OF THE CITY LIBRARY AS A MAJOR URBAN
RESOURCE LIBRARY AND FOR A GRANT UNDER THE PRO-
VISIONS OF THE LIBRARY SERVICES AND CONSTRUCTION ACT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana:
That the City Manager is authorized to execute, on
behalf of the city, and submit to the California State
Library, an application for designation of the city library as
a major urban resource library and for grant funds in the sum
of Four Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($4,700.00), under the
provisions of the Library Services and Construction Act, and
to carry out all the terms and provisions thereof.
