RESOLUTION NO. 80-40
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AN ISSUANCE
OF BONDS BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Santa Ana, by its Resolution No. 80-27 desires to
issue its bonds in connection with its Major Rehabilitation
Program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
has reviewed said Major Commercial Rehabilitation Program,
and pursuant to California Health and Safety Code ~ 33640,
desires to approve said bond issue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
That the bond issue as stated in Resolution No. 80-27
of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa
Ana is hereby approved for the purposes therein stated.
ADOPTED this 19th day of February , 1980, by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Bricken, Griset, Luxembourger,
Serrato, Ward, Yamamoto
NOES: COUNCILMEN: Markel
