RESOLUTION NO. 80-58
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 79-148
(THE UNIFORM FEE SCHEDULE) BY ADDING FEES TO
SECTION IX THEREOF FOR RENTAL OF EDDIE WEST
FIELD-SANTA ANA STADIUM
WHEREAS, on September 4,
passed and adopted Resolution No.
Uniform Schedule of Fees; and
1979, the City Council
79-148, establishing a
WHEREAS, said resolution did not provide for the
establishment of fees for use of Eddie West Field-Santa Ana
Stadium.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Santa Ana:
That Section IX of Resolution No. 79-148 is hereby
amended by adding the following thereto:
Rate for use by the Santa Ana
Unified School District
Per event including security costs
Flat Fee
$ 588.00
Rate for use by other local schools
Per event plus security charges
$ 395.00
Rate for use for commercial events
Per day or portion thereof
$ 745.00
or 10% of gross
admissions,which-
ever is greater
Rate for practice games,
no field lights, 2 hours minimum
per hour
$ 20.00
Rate for field lights at
practice, 15 minute minimum
per hour
$ 20.00
Rate for all other services,
including, but not limited to, labor,
materials, announcer, scorekeeper,
security, lost or damaged equipment

Note: The foregoing rates may be changed pursuant to a
specific contract with the City of Santa Ana for use of
Eddie West Field-Santa Ana Stadium.
ADOPTED, this 7th day of April , 1980 by
