P. ESOLUTION NO. 80-60
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 80-25 BY DELETING EXHIBIT A AND ADDING
A CORRECTED LEGAL DESCRIPTION AS EXHIBIT A.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana, at a regularly convened meeting on February 4, 1980,
made a finding and determination that the public interest
and necessity required the acquisition by eminent domain of
certain real property at 423 East First Street, Santa Aha,
California; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to acquire only the
southerly 35.00 feet of said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Santa Ana that Exhibit A to Resolution No.
80-25 is hereby deleted and that "Exhibit A" attached hereto
is substituted therefor.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
The Southerly 35.00 feet of Lot 11 of Jennings & Foster's
Addition to Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in book
12, page 75 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California. Excepting therefrom the Southerly 5.00 feet
thereof.
