RESOLUTION NO. 80-61
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 80-26 BY DELETING EXHIBIT A AND ADDING
A CORRECTED LEGAL DESCRIPTION AS EXHIBIT A.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana, at a regularly convened meeting on February 4, 1980,
made a finding and determination that the public interest
and necessity required the acquisition by eminent domain of
certain real property at 815-819 East First Street, Santa
Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to acquire only the
southerly 35.00 feet of said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Santa Ana that Exhibit A to Resolution No.
80-26 is hereby deleted and that "Exhibit A" attached hereto
is substituted therefor.

RESOLUTION 80-61
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
PARCEL 1:
The Southerly 35.00 feet of the East 43 feet of Lot 12 in
Block C of Hall's Addition to Santa Ana, as shown on a Map
recorded in book 11, page 62 of Miscellaneous Records of Los
Angeles County, California, together with a right of way for
a community driveway over the East 5 feet of the West 7 feet
of the South 100 feet of said Lot 12. Excepting therefrom
the Southerly 5.00 feet thereof.
PARCEL 2:
The Southerly 35.00 feet of Lot 13 in Block C of Hall's
Addition of Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in book
11, page 62 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the
County Recorder of said County. Excepting therefrom the
Southerly 5.00 feet thereof
