RESOLUTION NO. 80-91
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT
OF A CERTAIN ACTION FOR DAMAGES AGAINST
THE CITY
BE IT RESOLVED by City Council of the City of
Santa Aha, as follows:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to
settle that certain action filed in the Superior Court
entitled DAVID C. TOVAR vs. CITY OF SANTA ANA, et. al., case
number 28-97-34 for the total sum of Seven Thousand Dollars
($7,000.00)and to execute on behalf of the City of Santa Ana
all papers necessary therefor.
