On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the Affidavit of
Publication of Notice of In~ention to Circulate petition for annexation of territor~
to the City of ~anta Aha, Califonaia, for an annexation to be known as "South Santa
~na Annex No. 3" was received and filed.
The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of
Councilman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the following Resolution entitl~:
