RESOLUTION NO. 80-145
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AFFIRMING THE ZONING
ADMINISTRATOR'S DENIAL OF MINOR EXCEPTION
APPLICATION NO. 80-29 AND DENYING APPEAL
NO. 421
WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held before the
City Council on August 18, 1980, on the action taken by the
Zoning Administrator in denying Minor Exception Application
80-29, which application seeks to allow the sale of beer and
wine for off-site consumption in an existing market at
203 South Main Street in the C2 District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
1. That based on such public hearing and the oral
and documentary evidence submitted therein, the City Council
does hereby affirm the action of the Zoning Administrator
denying Minor Exception Application No. 80-29, and deny
Appeal No. 421.
2. That the City Council adopts as its findings
of fact for the denial of Minor Exception Application No. 80-29
that certain report entitled "Finding of Fact, Minor
Exception 80-29," submitted by the Zoning Administrator and
on file in the office of the Clerk of the Council.
