RESOLUTION NO. 80-147
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE TIME WHEN
TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 79-879 SHALL EXPIRE
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 79-879 was
conditionally approved by this Council on September 4, 1979,
and will expire on September 4, 1980, unless extended by
this Council pursuant to the provisions of Section 34-105 of
the Santa Ana Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has applied for an
extension of the expiration date of said Tentative Parcel
Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the expiration date of
Tentative Parcel Map No. 79-879 be, and the same is hereby,
extended for a period of one year to September 4, 1981,
subject to the same conditions and requirements as
previously imposed on the approval of said map by the
Council.
