RESOLUTION NO. 80- 148
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA APPOINTING A DEPUTY OF THE CITY ATTORNEY
AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 78-132
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana:
That Richard E. Lay is hereby appointed a deputy
of the City Attorney for the purpose of doing any and all
things required to be done by the City Attorney, in the
absence of the City Attorney.
Resolution No. 78-132, adopted on October 16,
1978, is hereby repealed.
ADOPTED this 2nd day of September, 1980, by the
following vote:
