4. That Resolution No. 79-151 fixing charges for water
service installations, except as hereinafter provided is
hereby repealed, effective November 1, 1980.
5. That this resolution, except as hereinafter provided
shall be operative from and after the 1st day of November,
1980.
6. That the provisions of Resolution 79-151 fixing charges
for water service installations shall apply to new customers
presently receiving water service from South Main Mutual
Water Company until January 1, 1981.
ADOPTED this 6th day of October , 1980,
