RESOLUTION NO. 80- 198
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AMENDMENT #2
TO AGREEMENT NO. 3452 DATED MARCH 15, 1978
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND THE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID AMENDMENT ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, this Council heretofore approved on March
15, 1978, Local Agency State Cooperative Agreement No.
3452 for right of way acquisition services by the State on
First Street, between Bush Street and Standard Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the parties now desire to amend said
Agreement to set forth more current statements of land
acquisition and relocation costs and the sources of funding
for such costs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that this Council does hereby
approve that certain "Amendment #2 to Agreement No. 3452
dated March 15, 1978, between the City of Santa Ana and the
State of Calfiornia," a copy of which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference, and that the Mayor is
authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Santa Ana.
