A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANAAMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 58-281 TO ADD
THE CLASS TITLE OF ASSISTANT REAL PROPERTY AGENT
TO THE CITY'S BASIC CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSA-
TION PLAN
WHEREAS, on November 3, 1958, the City Council passed and adopted
Resolution No. 58-281, revising and re-establishing the Basic Classifica-
tion and Compensation Plan for all officers and employees of the City of
Santa Ana; and
WHEREAS, Section 1004, Article X of the City Charter of the City of
Santa Ana requires the City Manager to prepare, install and maintain a
position classification and pay plan subject to Civil Service Rules and
Regulations and the approval of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended said Resolu-
tion and
WHEREAS, it is now desired to add a new class title to said Basic
Classification and Compensation Plan for the purpose of providing an appropriate
classification for a position authorized and included in the current annual
budget of the Real Property Section, Public Works Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa
~na:
1o That Section 3 of Resolution No. 58-281, as amended, is hereby
further amended by adding, in proper alphabetical sequence, the class title
of ASSISTANT REAL PROPERTY AGENT at Salary Range No. 4~2, $1635--$1987 per
month.
2. That this Resolution shall be operative from and after November 1,
1980.
