RESOLUTION NO. 80-222
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE TIME WHEN TENTATIVE
TRACT MAP NO. ~755 SHALL ~xPIRE
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No. 10755 was con-
ditionally approved by this Council on July 2, 1979, and
will expire on January 2, 1981, unless extended by this
Council pursuant to the provisions of Section 34-176 of the
Santa Ana Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has applied for an exten-
sion of the expiration date of said Tentative Tract Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Santa Ana:
That the expiration date of Tentative Tract Map
No. 10755 be, and the same is hereby, extended for a period
of one (1) year to January 2, 1982, subject to the same
conditions and requirements as previously imposed upon the
approval of said map by this Council.
