RESOLUTION NO. 80- 226
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT
OF A CERTAIN ACTION FOR D/~AGES AGAINST
THE CITY
BE IT RESOLVED by City Council of the City of
Santa Ana, as follows:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to
settle that certain action filed in the Superior Court
entitled MARIO RICAURTE vs. THE CITY OF SANTA ANA et al.,
case number 30-83-49 for the total sum of Eight Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($8,500.00) and to execute on behalf of
the City of Santa Ana all papers necessary therefor.
