Present: CounciLmen Dale H. Heinly, Bob Brewer, A. A. H~l! Absent: Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Stanley C. Gould, Jr. Change Order No. 15 Public Library On motion of Councilman Brewer, seconded by Reinly aud carried, the Mayor was authorized to execute Change Order No. 15, dated February 18, 1960, with The Gallegos Corporation, for the Santa Aha Public Library, as follows: Item No. l: Furnish installed in place the return air grille, display table over it, and the amphora stand complete, at the extra amount of $1,875.00. Councilman Heinly voted "no" on Change Order No. B Police Facilities Building the motion. On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Brewer and carried, the Mayor was authorized to execute Cba~e Order No. 3, dated February 15, 1960, with The Gallegos Corporation, for the Police Facilities Building, adding the amount of $SBS.B2 to the contract price of the construction, as follows: Item ~l - Additions for possible future speakers and sound control outlets, $157.01; Item ~2 - Additions per Sketch R-l~, $18B.56; Item~B - Revised switching for firing range light, $3.98; Item~ - Electrical revisions as shown on Sheet R-20, $128.18; Item~5 - Add additional re- ceptacle to circuit lB in Investigation Reception Rocm, $1B.9B; Item ~6 - Overhead Leave of Absence Mayor A.Allen Hall and Profit lO~, $~.66. On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Brewer and carried, Mayor A.Allen Hall was granted permission to leave the State, March 20 to March 25, 1960, to attend the third annual meeting of the Civic C~!ttee of the American Municipal Associa- tion Conanittee on International Municipal Cooperation in Washington, D.C., with Leave of Absence Bob Brewer expenses paid. Councilman Hubbard arrived at the meeting 5:10 P.M. On motion of Counci!m~u Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, Councilman Bob Brewer was granted permission to leave the State to accompany Mayor A. Allen Hall to attend the third annual meeting of the Civic Comm/ttee of the American Municipal Association Co~mnittee on International Municipal Cooperation in Washington, D.C., March 20 to March 25, 1960, with expenses paid. Request Revere Copper and Brass Inc, -drill water well On motion of Councilman Hein~y, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the recc~endation of the Department of Public Works was approved and permission granted to the Revere Copper and Brass Incorporated to drill a 12-inch irrigation well on their acreage located at 3131 South Bristol Street, subject to conditions.
