RESOLUTION NO. 81- 26
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
SETTLEMENT OF A CERTAIN ACTION FOR
DAMAGES AGAINST THE CITY
BE IT RESOLVED by City Council of the City of
Santa Ana, as follows:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to
settle that certain action filed in the Superior Court
entitled MURIEL MASIN vs. THE CITY OF SANTA ANA et al., case
number 33-46-41 for the total sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) and to execute on behalf of the City of Santa
Ana all papers necessary therefor.
