RESOLUTION NO. 81- 28 PAGE TWO BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any plan for Bolsa Chica that does not provide for a new navigable ocean entrance is unacceptable in that it would limit, and in fact, deny the opportunity for the people of Orange County and of Southern California to reach and enjoy the vast ocean open space which is theirs and which has the potential of contributing toward the health and well being by its provision of tremendous solitude and peace.
