RESOLUTION NO. 81-60
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
A STIPULATED SETTLEMENT OF A CERTAIN
WORKERS' COMPENSATION CLAIM AGAINST
THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to pay
the sum of Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-Seven
Dollars Fifty Cents ($13,597.50), in return for execution
and delivery to the City of a Stipulations with Request For
Award of that certain Workers Compensation claim heretofore
filed by EUGENE L. MILHOUSE against the City regarding an
injury incurred by said employee on or about 9-6-77.
