RESOLUTION NO. 81-68
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AFFIRMING THE
DECISION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NO. 81-1 AND DENYING APPEAL NO. 437,
FOR PROPERTY AT 925 E. THIRD STREET.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held before the
City Council of the City of Santa Ana on April 20, 1981, on
the action taken by the Planning Commission in granting
Conditional Use Permit No. 81-1, which application seeks to
allow the storage of wrecked and impounded vehicles at 925
E. Third Street in the M2 District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That based on such public hearing and on the
oral and documentary evidence submitted therein, the City
Council does hereby affirm the action of the Planning
Commission in granting Conditional Use Permit No. 81-1;
subject to all requirements and conditions imposed by the
Planning Commission, and does deny Appeal No. 437, which
sought to modify said requirements and conditions.
2. That the City Council hereby adopts as its
findings of fact for approval of Conditional Use Permit No.
81-1, that certain "Finding of Fact, Conditional Use Permit
No. 81-1," prepared and submitted by the Planning
Commission, on file in the Office of the Clerk of the
Council, and incorporated by reference herein as though
fully set forth.
