RESOLUTION NO. 81-69
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN RECORDS IN THE CITY
ATTORNEY'S OFFICE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA:
1. That this Council does hereby find and determine
that those certain records, specified in the City Attorney's
memorandum to this Council, dated April 27, 1981, all of which
are more than two (2) years old, are no longer required to be
maintained by the City, and that the written consent of the
City Attorney to the destruction of the same has been filed
with this Council.
2. That
approve destruction
of Section 34090 of
this Council does hereby authorize and
of said records pursuant to the provisions
the Government Code of the State of California.
