RESOLUTION NO. 81- 96
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA CORRECTING A CLERICAL
ERROR IN RESOLUTION NO. 81-37
WHEREAS, this Council, on March 16, 1981, adopted
Resolution No. 81-37, to approve an issuance of bonds for
the rehabilitation of certain buildings pursuant to the
Commercial Rehabilitation Loan Program of the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana, which
projects are as follows:

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 81-37 of this Council
intended to approve the said projects by reference to
Resolution No. 81-14 of the Community Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Santa Ana, approving the same, but, due to
clerical error, referred instead to Resolutions No. 79-61
and 80-92 of the said Agency;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Resolution No. 81-37 of the City Council
of the City of Santa Ana is hereby amended by deleting the
references therein to Resolutions No. 79-61 and 80-92 of the
Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana and
substituting in lieu thereof references to Resolution No. 81-
14 of the said Agency.
2. The Clerk of the Council is instructed to
correct Resolution No. 81-37 to conform to the amendment
hereby made.
