HomeMy WebLinkAbout81-099 Not AdoptedRESOLUTION NO. 81-99 RESOLUTION OF~THE CITY COUNCIL FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY REQUIRE CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVE- MENTS IN A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, AND FURTHER STATING THAT THE "SPECIAL ASSESSMENT INVESTIGATION, LIMITATION ~D ~JORITY PROTEST ACT OF 1931" DOES NOT APPLY. WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA ( ~fter referred to as "Agency"), has, after giving reasonable notice by :ation and posting, held a public hearing as to the public convenience necessity for the construction of certain works of improvement and app ~ work, under the provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911", being D 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, in a assessment district known and designated as ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 244 (ANAHURST PLACE) (hereinafter referred to as the "Assessment District") WHEREAS, Agency has heard and considered all the evidence, both written and oral, relative to the public convenience and necessity of the construction of the aforesaid improvements; and, X~r~ WHEREAS, Agency is now satisfied as to the wo~of improvement now proposed.
