RESOLUTION NO. 81-105
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DECLARING ITS
INTENTION TO USE REVENUE FROM THE
MASTER CONCESSION AGREEMENT WITH
CELEBRITY PARK, INC., FOR
RECREATION PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana and Celebrity Park,
Inc. have executed that certain document entitled "Master
Concession Agreement Between the City of Santa Ana and
Celebrity Park, Inc.," form dated 6/22/81, hereinafter
referred to as "said Agreement," a copy of which is on file
with the Clerk of the Council; and
WHEREAS, it is expected that the City of Santa Ana
will receive revenues resulting from said Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
desires to declare its intention to use the revenues
resulting from said Agreement for recreation purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA:
That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
hereby declares its intention that any and all revenues
resulting from said Agreement shall be used for public park
and recreation purposes for the benefit of the residents of
the City of Santa Ana.
