A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA DESIGNATING REPRESENTATIVES
TO ACQUIRE FEDERAL SURPLUS PROPERTY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana:
That the following employees whose names, titles,
and signatures are listed below shall be and are hereby
authorized as representatives of the City of Santa Ana to
acquire federal surplus property from the California State
Agency for Surplus Property under the terms and conditions
stated in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated by
reference:
