RESOLUTION NO. 81-115
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ESTABLISHING
FEES FOR EMERGENCY TRANSPORTATION
RENDERED TO PERSONS BY PARAMEDICS OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA; AND REPEALING
RESOLUTION NO. 76-30
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That each person who receives emergency
transportation from any City Paramedic unit shall be charged
a fee in the amount of $100.00.
2. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to
contract with the Western Medical Center, a California
nonprofit corporation, for the billing and collection of the
foregoing fees on behalf of the City of Santa Ana, at a
charge to the City of no more than three dollars ($3.00) for
each such billing.
3. Resolution No. 76-30 of this Council, adopted
on February 17, 1976, is repealed.
