RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ENGINEER
FOR PROPOSED ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 246
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Santa Ana
has received a Petition signed by the owners of the property
described in the Petition, requesting that the City Council
undertake proceedings pursuant to the Municipal Improvement
Act of 1913 and issue bonds under the provisions of the
Improvement Bond Act of 1915 for the construction and
financing of certain public parking facilities more parti-
cularly set forth in the Petition and to assess the costs of
construction, together with the incidental expenses thereof,
upon the property described in the Petition; and
WHEREAS, the City Council proposes to adopt its
Resolution of Intention expressing its intention to under-
take such proceedings under the above Acts; and
WHEREAS, the public interest and general welfare will
be served thereby:
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
The Department of Public Works is hereby appointed and
directed to act as Engineer to do and perform all assessment
engineering work necessary in and for the proceedings,
including preparation of the description of improvements and
acquisitions, estimate of costs and diagram and assessment.
