RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING FORM OF
OFFICIAL STATEMENT
WHEREAS, in its Resolution No. 8[-124 adopted
A~mJ~t 3. , 1981, this City Council called for sealed
bi~ds o~ bonds to be issued to represent unpaid assessments
upon lands in Assessment District No. 246, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to provide prospective
bidders on said bonds with information relating to the bond
issue; and
WHEREAS, there has been submitted t~ the Clerk, City
of Santa Ana, a form of official statement describing said
proposed bond issue and certain facts and figures relating to
the City of Santa Ana, which has been prepared by Stone &
Youngberg, Municipal Financing Consultants, Inc., financial
consultants to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE cITY OF
SANTA ANA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
The form of official statement presented to the City
Clerk~ City of Santa Ana, relating to the proposed bond
issue for Assessment District No. 246, is hereby approved and
Stone & Youngberg is authorized to complete the official
statement by the addition of certain dates and other factual
information required to make it complete and to distribute
it to prospective bidders on the bond issue.
