RESOLUITON NO. 81-136
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE TIME WHEN
TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 79-892 SHALL EXPIRE
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER
OF NEWHOPE STREET AND WATKINS WAY
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 79-892,
pertaining to the division of property located on the
southwest corner of Newhope Street and Watkins Way was
conditionally approved by this Council on November 5, 1979,
and will expire on August 5, 1981, unless extended by this
Council pursuant to the provisions of Section 34-105 of the
Santa Ana Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has applied for an
extension of the expiration date of said Tentative Parcel
Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the expiration date of
Tentative Parcel Map No. 79-892 be, and the same is hereby,
extended for a period of nine months to May 5, 1982, subject
to the ~ame conditions and requirements as previously
imposed on the approval of said map by the Council
by the
ADOPTED, this 17th day of AuqlJ~t , 1981,
following vote:
