RESOLUTION NO. 81-146
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING REDEVELOPMENT
SURVEY AREA NO. 3 AND DESIGNATING THE
AMENDED SURVEY AREA FOR STUDY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33310 of the
California Community Redevelopment Law (Helath and Safety
Code, Section 33300 et seq.) the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana by Resolution No. 81-125, on August 3, 1981,
designated Redevelopment Survey Area Nos. 2,3,4, and 5 for
redevelopment study purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend
Redevelopment Survey Area No. 3 designated by Resolution No.
81-125 by adding more area to the previously designated
Survey Area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Santa Ana, California as follows:
1. The City Council hereby amends Redevelopment
Survey Area No. 3 designated on August 3, 1981, by
Resolution No. 81-125 by designating the area of land
described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference as a part of Redevelopment Survey
Area No.
2. The City Council hereby finds that
Redevelopment Survey Area No. 3, as amended hereby, requires
study to determine if a redevelopment project or projects
within said Survey Area are feasible.
