RESOLUTION NO. 81- 151
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 58-281 AND RESOLUTION NO. 81-139
TO PROVIDE A NEW SALARY RATE RANGE FOR
THE CLASS ASSISTANT CITY ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, on November 3, 1958, the City Council
passed and adopted Resolution No. 58-281, revising and
reestablishing the Basic Compensation Plan for all officers
and employees of the City of Santa Ana; and
WHEREAS, on August 17, 1981, the City Council
passed and adopted Resolution No. 81-139, amending
Resolution No. 58-281 to provide a new compensation plan
management personnel including salary and benefit
adjustments for fiscal years 1981-82 and 1982-83; and
for
WHEREAS, the City Council now desires to amend
Resolution NO. 81-139 by assigning a new salary rate range
to the class of Assistant City Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT REOSLVED by the City Council
of the City of Santa Ana that Section 3 of Resolution No. 58-
281, as amended by Re~olution No. 81-139, is hereby further
amended by assigning the following class title to a new
salary rate range on the effective dates as next herein set
out:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this Resolution
