RESOLUTION NO. 81-161
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA CORRECTING A CLERICAL
ERROR IN RESOLUTION NO. 81-153 PERTAINING
TO THE CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT NO. 81-8
WHEREAS, this Council, on September 21, 1981,
approved Resolution No. 81-153, approving Conditional Use
Permit No. 81-8 to allow development of a mobile home park
at 510 Fairhaven Avenue, subject to certain requirements and
conditions; and
WHEREAS, including among said requirements and
conditions, due to clerical error and contrary to the
intention of this Council, was a requirement that each
homesite have a carport, whereas it was the intent of the
Council that homesites have garages, except where carports
are permitted by the Director of Planning;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that clause (b) of section 4 of
Resolution No. 81-153 is amended to read as follows:
"(b) That requirement designated 7.A(2) is
amended to read, "That each homesite shall have a garage,
except that for good cause shown the Director of Planning
may authorize substitution of a carport where special
circumstances justify it."
