RESOLUTION NO. 81-162
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE LAND USE
ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN BY REDESIG-
NATING 4.68 ACRES LOCATED ON THE SOUTH
SIDE OF WESTMINSTER AVENUE AND WEST
OF LA BONITA STREET, FROM THE LOW
RESIDENTIAL DESIGNATION TO THE HIGH
RESIDENTIAL DESIGNATION.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, its regular
meeting held September 14, 1981, following hearing
noticed and held in the manner prescribed section 27-16
of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, has a and
recommended to the Council an amendment the General Plan
of the City of Santa Ana as hereinafter forth; and
WHEREAS, this Council has a public hearing
duly noticed in accordance with sect 27-17 of the Santa
Ana Municipal Code, and based upon hearing and the
evidence therein presented, does n find said amendment, as
recommended by the Planning Commi, ion, to be in the public
interest; and
WHEREAS, this Counci orior to taking this
action, has reviewed and cot the information
contained in Negative Decla~ I.S. No. 817/113, and
